Una Nueva Terra is an intentional off-grid community designed for families and individuals seeking comfort, creativity, and connection. Through long-term lease agreements (10–50 years), we offer family-centered living in harmony with nature. 🌀 Core Values
Villages are made up of 8 homes in a circular layout around a communal center. Homes are built with 80% local materials and designed to encourage creative expression. Treehouses and solar-powered, low-consumption structures are welcomed.
🏡 Homes & Villages
Community hubs include kitchens, coworking spaces, showers, laundry, and shared transportation. Each village center serves 16 adults and 6 children and offers childcare, elder care, and entrepreneurial programs managed by CDL13:20.
🛠 Services & Amenities
Energy systems include solar, thermal, wind, and earth batteries. Waste is recycled or composted. Food is grown through Syntropic farming and shared with each home. Gardening education and participation are encouraged.
🌎 Sustainability & Food
Home prices range from $80,000 to $300,000, with monthly contributions managed by each village. Residents receive Right of Use through a Trust agreement and help co-govern their village with guidance from CDL13:20.
