This name was conceived from the beginning, evoking light as a symbol of the inner development of the human being — a path of healing, spirituality, and an almost perfect state of balance.

THE DIVINE PROPORTION OF TIME

This is the sacred ratio for measuring time in the Mayan culture.

The Mayan calendar was conceived based on the 13 lunar cycles around the Earth in one year, and the 20 solar signs of the Tzolkin.

All of this is defined according to the precise natural rhythms of the vast cycles of time in which the Earth participates as a planetary body within a galactic star system.

CDL 13:20 is presented as a unified whole, made up of two major sub-projects: Una Nueva Tierra and Ciudad de Luz

That is why Una Nueva Tierra will offer the ideal space for anyone seeking a physical area for sustainably functional development in harmony with nature.

CITY OF LIGHT

'Light' represents the spark of innovation and the catalyst for creativity.

Ciudad de Luz will serve as the hub for research, innovation, and entrepreneurship within this integral space.

Here, creative energy will flow between projects, urban gardens, and a community in constant spiritual development.
